China International Optoelectronic Exposition
Driven by the "Healthy China 2030" strategy and consumption upgrades, China's optoelectronic medical and medical aesthetics industry is facing unprecedented opportunities. With advantages such as non-invasiveness, precision targeting, short recovery time, and minimal side effects, optoelectronic technology has become a core pillar of modern diagnostics and aesthetic medicine—from photodynamic therapy for skin diseases and laser removal of pigmented lesions, to femtosecond refractive eye surgery, photothermal ablation of vascular conditions, anti-aging combination therapies, and non-invasive body contouring. At the same time, China's optoelectronic medical equipment industry is moving from following to rivaling and leading globally. Domestically produced high-end devices are breaking through in core technology and clinical acceptance, while AI, big data, and IoT are driving a shift from experience-driven to data-driven and intelligent optoelectronic medicine.
However, challenges remain. Core components like high-end light sources and key optical parts still rely on imports; industry standards and clinical guidelines need further alignment; the medical aesthetics market faces irregularities; and the talent pool requires strengthening. The clinical translation path for AI-enabled solutions also needs exploration. Key questions include: how to drive independent innovation and domestic substitution, how to build a collaborative R&D ecosystem, and how to leverage technology for high-quality development.
The"Laser Technology Empowering Medical Development Forum" brings together leading laser companies, clinicians, medical aesthetics operators, device regulators, and industry investors to explore the latest advances, clinical challenges, and future directions in optoelectronic medicine and medical aesthetics.
