In recent years, the domestic 3C consumer electronics market has continued to expand. By 2024, global smartphone shipments reached 1.22 billion units, while smart wearable devices experienced rapid growth, driving a sharp increase in demand for precision welding processes. Laser welding has demonstrated significant advantages in applications such as battery packaging, FPC connections, camera module assembly, and metal casing welding, effectively improving product yield and reducing production costs.
