The application of new materials, design optimization, and advanced manufacturing technology continues to promote the development of automotive lightweight. Automotive lightweight mainly from the optimization of structural design, lightweight materials and advanced technology to achieve three aspects, and the improvement of these three aspects are inseparable from the support of laser technology. Laser welding technology, as an important processing technology, will vigorously promote the process of automotive lightweight manufacturing. Taking the four process links of vehicle manufacturing "stamping, welding, painting, assembly" as an example, laser technology plays a huge role in the "stamping, welding, assembly" link, the use of laser welding technology can significantly improve the impact resistance and fatigue resistance of the body, improve the quality of the car. At the same time, it has the characteristics of no deformation, beautiful weld and stable process. With the rapid development of domestic laser technology, laser technology and equipment are becoming more mature. The manufacturing cost of automobile processing has been reduced continuously, which has brought huge economic benefits to vehicle manufacturers. With the expansion of global automobile market demand, the purpose of intelligent automobile manufacturing is very clear, that is, to reduce energy consumption, improve quality and efficiency, achieve lean production, and improve the overall manufacturing level of automobile enterprises.
The "Laser Technology Enabling Automotive Intelligent Manufacturing Forum" will invite laser, laser equipment well-known enterprises, automotive processing technology experts, experts and scholars, for the development of the automotive industry to bring new laser materials, new structures, new processes, new equipment to discuss, for the development of laser technology in the field of new energy vehicles to provide useful ideas and directions.
